1. Introduction

Asmi Trading Japan (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) operates an e-commerce platform (hereinafter referred to as “Site”) for offering various products to customers. The following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “TOU”) govern the use of the Site and its services (hereinafter referred to as “Service”). By using the Site, customers (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) agree to comply with these TOU.

2. Definitions

1. Users: Individuals or entities who agree to these TOU, register as users on the Site according to the Company’s procedures, and purchase or use products/services offered on the Site.
2. Content: Includes text, images, videos, audio, and other materials displayed on the Site, all of which are protected by copyright laws.
3. Trademarks: Refers to the Company’s logos, trade names, and branding used on the Site.
4. Affiliated Companies: Refers to companies partnered with the Company for providing the Service.

3. Conditions of Use

1. Customers must register an account to purchase products on the Site.
2. Users must provide accurate information during registration and update it as necessary.
3. Customers who wish to delete their accounts must notify the Company by email at sales@asmitradingjapan.com, including their name and user ID. The Company will confirm and process the request promptly.
4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of Users who violate the TOU.
5. The Company may introduce additional rules or conditions in the future. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of such updates.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including trademarks and copyrighted materials, displayed on the Site are owned by the Company, its affiliates, or third-party licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Actions

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following actions:

• Impersonating another individual or entity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or transactions.
• Using the Site after account suspension or termination.
• Interfering with the Site’s operations or other Users’ experience.
• Violating intellectual property rights or other legal rights.
• Engaging in criminal activities or promoting such actions.
• Breaching laws, regulations, or public order and morality.
  The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts and seek compensation for damages caused by prohibited actions.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company does its best to ensure accurate and timely information on the Site. However, it is not liable for errors, omissions, or delays in providing information, nor for damages resulting from the use of the Site.

7. Governing Law

These TOU are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.
